Windows Vista:
Vista Mapped Drives issue (All programs on Vista)
Windows Vista has a new security feature called User Account Control (UAC). When Windows Vista is installed, UAC by default is turned ON. This means that Vista is configured to use its new security features that are the main new feature of Windows Vista. When UAC is turned on, and a program tries to perform an operation that Vista thinks could "hurt" the Windows installation, it is stopped. In many cases, Vista will prompt you with a dialog asking if it is ok to perform this potentially harmful action. UAC can be turned ON/OFF under Start | Control Panel, User Accounts, "Turn user account control on/off".
If UAC is turned ON, many programs will not display mapped drives (network)  when browsing for a folder. You can however manually type in a mapped drive path.
Please check out our FAQ's page for our programs.
Want an XP Machine check out. Best Buy for Business  -- Please do NOT try to take a Non-Vista Ready Computer and try to upgrade to Vista, this does not work. . You also can not take a Vista Machine and go backward to XP, the drivers are not compatible.

  2. FREE Registry Scan!If your computer is still slow, jamming and crashing and it not a virus, try Registry Booster.
I personally use a 5 year old computer, which I beta test software on as well as make all the libraries for the Pool Design Software programs. I could not clear out the problem of jamming.  I tried everything, I was about to go out and purchase a new computer till I found Registry Booster and Speed up my PC . Together they FREE Performance Scan!clean, repair and optimize your system's registry, maximize system performance and most of all allow you to shut down programs running in the back ground. I could see the difference with the first scan. I did go as far as to repeat the process in safe mode. I can only tell you my computer is running like new and worth the money.
